- Which are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free worldwide for purchases over 30 euros.We charge a fee of 4 euros for orders below 30 euros.
Free shipping for wholesale purchases (from 200 Euros and over) within Greece and the European Union. For wholesale orders outside the European Union, shipping is not included and it depends on weight and purchaser location.
Important Notice Regarding Import Duties and Taxes:
Shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes that are assessed by the destination country. These additional fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges. If you are not aware of your country's policy in this regard, you should contact your local customs office for more information. - Do you request a minimum order?

- What are the forms of payment?
For orders outside of Greece: deposit in bank account and Paypal.
For orders within Greece: money paid on delivery (antikataboli), deposit in bank account and Paypal.Back to top
- Is there a return-refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority! We are very confident that our quality jewellery will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. You MUST email us BEFORE returning the jewellery to get an authorization.
The jewellery should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e registered post, or international courier. Back to top

- How is the shopping process?
- Choose a product and click on the button add to cart. Quantities per product might be changed and then click on update totals. If a product wants to be canceled from the shopping cart , click on the X button next to the item.
- When you have finished your shopping, click on cart (top right side of the page) to see the total of your shopping and click on secure checkout.
- If you are a new customer, fill out account and billing details and click on continue.
- Select form of payment.
- If you selected paypal as a form of payment, fill out payment details.
- You will receive a confirmation from paypal.
- You will receive a confirmation from Natalia Norena silver, that your order has been received and it is processing.
- If you chose other forms of payment such as: money paid on delivery (antikataboli) for purchases within Greece, or deposit in bank account, you will receive a confirmation from Natalia Norena silver, that your order has been received and it is processing.
