For retail purchases: Hellenic post. For wholesale purchases within Greece and the European Union: Hellenic post. For purchases outside the European Union: UPS.

Which are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free worldwide for purchases over 30 euros.We charge a fee of 4 euros for orders below 30 euros. Free shipping for wholesale purchases (from 200 Euros and over) within Greece and the European Union. For wholesale orders outside the European Union, shipping is not included and it depends on weight and purchaser location.

There is no minimum order required at our retail store . For our wholesale store there is a minimum of 200 Euros.

What are the forms of payment?
For orders outside of Greece: deposit in bank account (we have a surcharge of 4 euros), Paypal, credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa purchasing and Laser. For orders within Greece: money paid on delivery (antikataboli), deposit in bank account (no extra charge), Paypal, credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa purchasing and Laser.

Is there a return-refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority! We are very confident that our quality jewellery will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. You MUST email us BEFORE returning the jewellery to get an authorization. The jewellery should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e registered post, or international courier.

How is the shopping process?
1. Choose a product and click on the button add to cart. Quantities per product might be changed and then click on update totals. If a product wants to be canceled from the shopping cart , click on the X button next to the item.
2. When you have finished your shopping, click on cart (top right side of the page) to see the total of your shopping and click on secure checkout.
3. If you are a new customer, fill out account and billing details and click on continue.
4. Select form of payment.
5. Click on continue.
6. If you selected credit card as a form of payment.
7. Click on make payment.
8. Select among credit cards accepted and fill out details.
9. Click on make payment.
10. You will receive a confirmation of your credit card transaction from world pay.
11. You will receive a confirmation from Natalia Norena silver, that your order has been received and it is processing.
12. If you selected paypal as a form of payment, fill out payment details.
13. You will receive a confirmation from paypal.
14. You will receive a confirmation from Natalia Norena silver, that your order has been received and it is processing.
15. If you chose other forms of payment such as: money paid on delivery (antikataboli) for purchases within Greece, or deposit in bank account, you will receive a confirmation from Natalia Norena silver, that your order has been received and it is processing.

How do I redeem a discount coupon?
After finishing the purchase process and selecting form of payment, type the code that was given to you on the coupon/gift certificate box. Then, continue the payment process.
